  Have watched stuff handle food with bare hands. When i asked about this was told by shift manager as long as we wash our hands ever 30 mins we are ok.

  This time wasn't too bad. The only thing they didn't give us was the sweet and sour sauce for my mcnuggets when they specifically asked what kind I wanted. Also had to wait for fries which were still not great.

  A bit of an older place, not bad for a quick drive through. There's no inside ordering or eating, instead it is a drive-thru only establishment attached to a Wilson's fuel station.
  It's the only McDonalds in Fall River so it can get somewhat busy, but I've personally never had to wait too long.
